Im fed lah. Many times after 1 week nvr play they ask for account authentication.
I answer lah my secret question.

But this time i accidentally hit website one. Then more than 3 times keeps giving error.
Try again and it says too many times tried.

WTF!!! I didnt pay rm200 plus to get this shit.

Now what do i do. I called Malaysia hotline and they can only support when everyone else is sleeping...wtf again...

Anyone can please help me ?
I want to play Diablo on weekends and this happens.

he everytime login need answer secret question

because his account was created in Malaysia, then play in Macau

now it still need verify everytime login

If i login his acc in malaysia then all good :/

I have been using their authenticator(android version for me) for a few months now and it seems to work fine for me. Even when my ip is not a malaysian ip(ehem2) i never had any problem to log in into battle net or the game itself.

my advise is. always take a screenshot or pic of the restore code of the authenticator. save up alot trouble. u never know when u would lost data on your phone.

Just get the mobile authenticator and attached it to your account.
