It means that the parcel is not with SingPost yet, they have to collect from GSC. Here's my parcel's details:

So, you kena taxed? Just wondering, their invoice..they declare the value in JPY or SGD?

Yeah..I collected mine yesterday. They said on that morning got another person collected. Since they already knew the value, things went fast

They said as of 20 August, got around 60 parcels..and for next shipment, most likely they will release it unless they detect 2 parcels with same name and address.

Yes, unless the first parcel arrived first and you faster go collect it before they tahan 2nd parcel

I actually consulted the officer. If they realized that someone brings in many parcels at once with SAME address but DIFFERENT name, they can decide to tax also. Else, by right, if different name, its considered separate.

Just sharing info. I'm quite close to one of the guy officer there since I go there like once a month. He's damn friendly
