Only the turret. The tank have to buy separately, but this tank was already sold out when it first released. I was in Japan around the time it was released, but everywhere I go don't have the tank anymore

Err if you guys want to know.. for GSC Online Shop, they actually did not ship directly from Japan to Malaysia. What they did is first they shipped bulk of orders to the nearest distributor (for Malaysia, it's Singapore). Then the said nearest distributor will then ship the individual orders. My theory is they will wait for all orders to be paid first, before ship them to the nearest distributor, then there will be more delay introduced in which the distributor need to prepare the shipment for each order

Well if you buy from amiami for example, item will be ship direct from their warehouse to your location after they confirmed your payment and prepared the shipment. Meaning, it don't have to wait for other ppl's order, and no need to go through third party. As for ship-before-release date thingie, not all time this is true, but for sure the said release date will be the final date of the product shipment.

And regarding to waiting-for-the-payment thingie, since GSC is not handling the shipment of the individual order but they are the one who manage the order, they will have to wait for everyone (or like x-1o8-x said,will ship batches that have paid first(though I believe they do have minimum quota)) to pay before they can ship the stuff. In amiami (or other online shops) case, GSC will just send whatever amount amiami already ordered from them; customer paid or not is amiami's responsibilities. That's why for normal distribution, GSC can send the whole thing before the release date, since they don't handle customer's payment and shipment in that case.

actually rather than ship directly frm Japan, GSC will instead batch ship the items to the nearest official distributors of the country (for Malaysia the nearest one is ToysnToys in SG). The distributors will then send it to the final destination's country using EMS of their country. And as with other EMS package, Poslaju will then send it to you once the package arrived in Malaysia. Delay is usually on the part where the distributor need to repackage the orders and send them individually
