The value exclude shipping exceed RM 500? If not exceed RM 500 most probably will lepas. It's only when the value include shipping over RM 500 usually will kena (and when kena the tax is counted with the shipping)

From my observation, kastam don't really check thoroughly at first (most probably to save time), especially when the field for item declaration and the field for shipping cost located at different section in the declaration sheet, which is the case for Japan Post EMS sheet (item declaration on the left side, shipping cost at the upper right side and small field too). But if your parcel somewhat attracted their attention (big package, heavy, item declared no tax exemption, item that need special permission etc), then they will check the declaration sheet properly. At this time they will include the shipping cost too.

Haha actually I would say don't worry much. I did noticed when GSC start having their WF Exclusive stuff sold on their website, the second hand value of them fall. Most probably you can find one after release on Mandarake or Amiami preowned section. Wait few months for the price to drop (though sometimes you can get it at the same price as website shortly after release)

Kastam will tax based on the value stated on the declaration sheet. And kastam use their own currency exchange rate. One way to avoid this is ask the ebay seller to declare the item at lower value; some value along RM 200-300 is okay.

And well WF stuff do have potential to go over RM 450
