No you don't need such GAMING chair.Just take any good office chair and you are good to go.

Actually if you game for hours on end, its really good to have a proper chair that have lumbar support. I've heard from a lot of my "older" gaming frens that can't stand long hours of gaming because of back pain.

For the time being i'm looking at Markus from ikea. But that's about 700+ and 10 years warranty. Those good ergonomic chair goes up to 1k+

Heck if you stick to your pc for long, really its good for your health to get a decent chair.

I have a few frens who bought ergohuman for close to 2k. And very pleased with it. You get what you pay for. And really, do you want to destroy your spinal in the long run?

what i meant is not gaming chair as per gaming chair. its a comfortable chair for pc, that u can sit on it for long hours.

Gaming chair that costs hundreds...? Never see that before on any stores, but I see some people somewhere on the internet show their modded skills by modified the chair into racing chair, flying chair and some other crazy thing for great gaming experiences, that's all...like this for example:
