Last time downclock my P4 2.4B to 100Mhz = 1.8Ghz
Power consumption it took was 30W, down 20W++ from stock
Now at 3.24Ghz, power consumed till 90W
DOWN clock ? DOWN clock ?, can down clock burn the CPU ?
