Details of the complaint :
1. Found seller thread at http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1579340 . He is selling Yoobao 11200mAh and decided to buy from him since he has 900+ tradelist and seems kind of reputable seller.

2. PM him to ask for the price of Yoobao 11200mAh including postage to Kedah. See below:-





3. Payment done on 28 Dec 2012 via Maybank2u after he replied my PM on Dec 28 2012, 09:57 AM.

Then, my next PM is to tell him that payment has been done, 40 minutes after his last PM. (please refer to attach pictures above).

4. After that..till now..seller MIA. First attempt to contact him is on 31 Dec 2012 via SMS. His contact no. is 018-2256774. See below for details on SMS.



5. After no reply from him, numerous attempt to call the seller since 31 Dec 2012, but till now all my call has been forward to his voicemail.

6. Lesson learnt. IMHO, it's okay if there is delay on my order but at least, give me a call or reply my PM. This seller not honour the deal wtih me. I tried my best as a buyer by make payment ASAP but this seller...________FILL IN THE BLANK. So, becareful buyer out there.. senior seller who has tons of tradelist, still can't be trust 100%.

UPDATE: 22 January 2013. Problem resolved. Seller already refunded yesterday. But i choose to not edit my post because i want ppl trading in LYN is enjoying problem-free online shopping experience.

Still seems very irrepressible of them. Looks more like a staff problem.

marcus20125 private message me and ask me to remove this thread. He offer me refund only after 31st January 2013.
Also, said he can be reach by the same number 018-2256774 but till now can't reach him...

I have no idea why does he need to wait until 31st Jan to refund you that mere RM 180?
If no stock, I believe he didn't pay to his supplier and could refund to you immediately.

Please push for it to happen and I think TS is such a nice fellow to accommodate into his request. If I were you, I will not entertain and request for immediate refund.

can say this seller is consider still my friend gua as he owe me lot money and change number without notice me, ask him pay me back and my laptop also no reply me in PM i want bongkar in his thread but since maybe he need still do bussiness so i won't kacao first but i wait too long and now short of money also because of him, to friend and buyer his character is like that cannot solve then dissappear long time without notice 'you'
