Hi all,

Would like some tips from those who have gone through (or have friends who have gone through) interviews@Accenture.

1. What's the process like? How many rounds of interviews do we have to go through before getting an offer?
2. Any aptitude or technical tests? Is the technical test hands-on or paper test? As in they give you a paper with 50 questions for you to do on the paper or put you in a room with a computer for you to code?
3. What kind of technical questions do they usually ask for people in .NET field? Some example/type of questions?

yeah, for experienced technical position with .NET skillset. I suppose the 2nd session is the most important that will determine whether you get it or not.

unkn0wn, from your description, does that mean the whole process is all verbal interviews? Or will there be hands-on as in they give a scenario, then you have to program the solution on a laptop or write it on a whiteboard or something?

Though i have a few more enquiries. Will they make an offer during the 3rd interview? Or they will call and let you know that you're successful later on? If so, how long do you have to wait after the 3rd interview for an offer? A week or so?

Mavik, are you currently attached with Accenture? What's the working environment like? And no, i have not completed the 3rd interview but it has been arranged. I went for 2nd interview in the morning and the response was rather quick as i received a call from them in the evening itself to schedule for 3rd interview which they termed as a Closing Interview.

During the 2nd interview, i was told that they're recruiting for the Technology Solutions team and there might be 1, if not 2 (?!?), more interviews after that. Wonder what that's about since from what i heard they are only 3 interviews as told by Mavik and Unknown.

But since they said the upcoming one as a Closing Interview, i sure hope it's the last as it's rather difficult for me to keep taking leaves in my current company. Anyone under Accenture Technology Solutions workforce here? What's the working environment like?

As for the salary... fresh grad at 3K huh?? hmm... makes me wonder if i should have quoted my expected salary differently
