Hey, I am in the same boat but different career path of course. Can't really comment on CD&O as it is not familiar to me. Do note that reviews you read on third party platforms/word of mouth may be biased in the sense that people who have opposite views may not necessarily speak out about their positive experiences in CD&O. You might only be exposed to one side of the spectrum. Hope you take those reviews with a grain of salt, best to clarify your doubts with the recruiter/management when you actually get the chance to attend physical interviews or speak to them personally.

I applied, passed the pymetrics assessment, and finally submitted my video interview (Hirevue) last Saturday.

If you are a freshie, don't worry about anything technical. The interview I had was completely behavioural based, like how you handle team work, your achievements etc..

How did your face-to-face interviews go? I am assuming you interviewed at one of their overseas offices or perhaps through Skype? How is their response time? Do they get back to you fairly quickly (less than a week, 2 weeks, etc.)?

Hey eddydo, sorry for the late response I haven't been on LYN for quite some time.

This is my process so far (applying from Sydney Australia for KL position):
1. Submitted online application through careers portal;

2. Pymetrics testing (20 Feb 2018);

3. Video interview invite #1 (I didn't do it because of hectic uni schedule, 21 Feb 2018);

4. Video interview invite #2 (I did it after 1/2 weeks of receiving the second email, 10 Mar 2018);

5. After more than 3 weeks of no-response, I submitted an enquiry (4 April 2018) through the official US website (https://www.accenture.com/us-en/contact-us). Note here that my first attempt was to email the HR directly but I received an automated reply "The email address you have used goes to an account which is not monitored", hence I went to the aforementioned website to submit an official enquiry. Even though the website is for USA, the form allows you to choose the country/branch.

6. Received an email from HR in Accenture Malaysia the very next day (5 April 2018) asking me to explain why I wanted to return to KL and my expected graduation date.

7. Received an email from HR today (20 April 2018) to schedule for a Skype Interview with a manager on 23 April 2018.
My advice to you is to contact them through the portal https://www.accenture.com/us-en/contact-us under "Job Seekers" to explain your circumstances. Hopefully they'll give you another shot at the video interview.
