Yes, Consultants are golden babies for Accenture. So when u joined ACN, its really affect which workforce u r in. More benefits, less benefits, different scheme and all. Consultants work hard and they get solid cash. Solutions (programmers) and Services work hard too, but you definetly got lesser that what the Consultants get, hehehe... fair?

ACN very suitable for ppl who want experience, and dare to work late and so on.. after all, u got the brand name in ur CV.
