1- phone interview to ask your expected pay, notice period, and some basic stuff.
2- interview with senior manager. will last about 1 hour or more, with questions ranging from unit testing, technology questions, scenarios, etc. Basically about everything in terms of technical.
3- interview with dept head. he/she will let you know about what you're going to do, what they can pay you, etc. Just to meet up with you.
If not wrong, fresh grad might need to go through more interviews.
