hmm.. very dilemma.

Actually i want to try my luck with Accenture. I currently working in a shtting company for more than 4yrs as Java developer. After so many replied, i can see that

Accenture is
- paying u high if u r capable.
- work for long hrs
- work in weekend
- squeeze u until last drop.

Compare with my company
- working hr start ard 9 - 10:30 depend.
- work for long hr is needed. I worked 24hrs be4, and tat is not my jobscope >.<
- involve in deployment pahse as well. And normally start from 12am to 6am. which is not my jobscope as well.
- now need to do everything from A to Z due to lack of developer. Meeting with client/internal staffs, development, train fresh grad, compose technical spec.
- step into production support if any issues that too technical for support dept to handler.
- work weekend claim OT based on salary. Which means, salary/22/8*1.
-bonus very subjective, need to fight n fight with mgmt to get, feel like begger.
- no company event, no refreshment, only company dinner provided once a year.
- Any allowance claim submitted need 3 - 6 months to process.
- work alone as all exp developers resigned. And if u r senior, need to do all tasks tat they think u might capable to do so.
- salary pay can be unstable. Last yr economy crisis, i get half pay @ the early of the month and another half pay @ the middle of the month and this scenario last for more than 6 months.

So what u guys think about? which company is better?
