While I was with IBM as a total fresh graduate, my salary was 2500+300 of shift allowance. Currently, at BAT as a fresh graduate with only 6 months of working experience, my salary is 3400. I told my manager that my expected salary was 3000 but to my surprise, I was offered 3400! In addition, you can claim OT allowance when necessary. Working hours are not very long and flexible. I work 8 hours everyday including the 1 hour lunch break whereas most other companies require you to work 8 hours everyday excluding your 1 hour lunch break.
