i dont have the address exactly .. but its very easy to get there ... exit the bukit tambun exit and take a left turn > all the way straight till you reach a T-junction > proceed on straight > take the first left turn > all the way straight till the end. pond is located at the end of the road ( Jalan Seri Tambun 1) . yup there are open everyday from 9am till midnight. Best catch rate timings based on my frequent visits there last year is morning session (around 11am) .. afternoon session (around 2pm).. evening session (after 7pm ..) Most of the time I would highly recommend play with a floater.. live floater preferably   .. but if 2 hours in and no bites then don't hesitate to play bottom.   100% guaranteed catch rate. haha

yup..    keep the live float in a movable distance of 1/2 a meter. or you can run the line through the float from one end of the float to the other end of the float .. something like tunneling the float .. well either way the point of concept is the same ..  have fun bro . 

**when you reach the pond, it will be adjacent to a flyover running on its right .. look below the flyover there is a small road that will lead you to another pond .. you can try there as well . both ponds are managed by different owners but the main entrance is the same.

Mostly for the purpose of lowering the cost with the specific specifications that you wanted it all in all of your desired rod

Eg:
You wanted split handle but those you see doesn't face you
You wanted split reel seat but it would be very costly or limited options available
You wanted closer or smaller guides but limited options or cost
You wanted specific poundage but again you may not find what you wanted

Etc etc etc...

Factoring all the possible demand or personal preferences, might as well build one

For specific fishing mode, jigging can be ketiak game for light jigging. Some prefer support by arm, some prefer support via harness. In this case, body measurements is important to remove fatigue whilst fishing. Imagine you gotta jig or pop at least 2 thousands times a day.

Another point is your reel, where every reel weight differently. With the right rod balancing, an angler would be able to jig the whole day. I've see many that pairs wrongly for the fishing method.

Another major point is the type of fish you are aftering. Eg: parrot fish would be best paired with fast tapered rod for high sensitivity plus a strong backbone. Heavy jigging best paired with 60/40 backbone to allow the jig plates to dance...

not all blanks are made equal.

some blanks are lighter, more sensitive and yet have the same strength with a blank with the opposite characteristic. most of the time, a lot of R&D has been put into developing these new lighter and more sensitive blanks, hence we are paying more for the R&D cost and on branding as well.

the more reputable blanks like north fork composites, st croix starts from rm500 onwards, fuji titanium guides is around rm1k. u do the maths.

in a nutshell, they have been saying that i am ~wasting time~
they say..
- that i shud rather get a fish from the market
- wasting petrol going to the place to fish
- fishing is uncle's activity
- my skin is tanned till i look like a malay (no racism intended lol)

perhaps all i need is to get my full time job (i am 23 y/o). atm i am waiting for my result to be out at May and i am currently looking for a job. i guess maybe is becoz they don't 'see' me actually looking for a job that caused them to be so unsupportive.

the only advise i can give is to find out what you want in life. what you want to achieve. work towards it.

Majorly comes fom the quality of the blank. This involve the amount of graphite, materials, bonding substance.. Etc. all these involves money.

Secondly, it's about research and development. The amount of test or damaged items due to testing has to be factor into account $$$

Thirdly, gaji of the rod builder, tester, design fella and machinery also factor in $$$

Import taxes???

Branding exposure $$???

Til now i have been fishing at this place for 10 times.not even get a single fish.try using different bait and lure,tak boleh also.wtf....

saw red talapia,looks like koi fish,toman.heard ppl say got haruan and keli also.water dark,fish there sometimes afternoon or evening.tried cacing,katak,chicken liver,roti,dedak,ikan keli,chicken meat,float popper,dive popper,lure frog,lure rat.last go home with weed.
