Initially my thought was rod is usually held by one angler, thus singular. But you have a point too where all the rod are used by ANGLERS...

Thanks in advance of the assistance. I'm looking forward for the parts to arrive and we can start building them up

The more time taxing is the guide wrapping and epoxy-ing on the guides.

Shaping the eva is not difficult, only requires power drill and sand paper.

Yeah.. agreed on that.

As for myself, i only have time to do it at night

My projection is
Within 1 week for shaping all the palm rest and butt EVA at night. 10pcs x palm rest and 10pcs x butt
Within 2 weeks for building 2 prototype(casting and spinning) for the butt and grip together with guide binding(this will be used as guide lines for the rest of the rods). Incl of color spray
Within 1 week for the 8pcs to be sprayed and dry
Within 1 week for all the remaining 8pcs of blanks to be fitted with butt, palm rest and naked reel seat
Within 1 month to complete the remaining 8pcs

All in all i try to push it to be within 2 months Of course, with you guys help, it would be much faster

Go for tackle stores and they would be able to do it... If using SiC guides, probably around RM30 with workmanship... however, this is an old price that i know of since 5~7 years ago. Now not too sure if there's any price hike.

Here goes the mix and match version of the naked rod.

EDITED - Re-read and understooded...

The palm grip if tapered all the way may cause slip which many encountered before. Since this is mass production and for all anglers, i'll go with the initial design

Also another factor is the distance of reel seat to the rod rear end is approximately 11inch. If the palm grip eva is narrow down tapered, will cause slipage!.. A little bend flare will minimise this factor.
