Anyone is consuming the protein from Amway?
Is it any good as compared to the animal protein normally sold in supplement shop and gyms?

I heard my friend get a lot of pimples after consuming animal protein.

Protein is protein. The thing about Nutrilite/Amway protein powders is they are not the most value for money supplements out there.

If you eat a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables and drink enough water pimples and acne shouldn't be an issue unless you are predisposed to it. If you are, then even if you upped your intake of eggs & meats, the result is the same.

Your body doesn't differentiate the source of the macro-it doesn't compartmentalize 'Hey this is chicken! The protein from this wont affect me the same way protein from whey does'.

Likelihood is your friend wasn't maintaining a balanced diet.

Like Dan said: Protein is protein. Amway sucks for value for money.

Look at other brands, check the nutrition label and ingredients. Personally, I wont take anything that tastes like crap (you WONT finish 5lbs of any powder that tastes like crap), is more than 130 calories/serving and has more than 1-2g of sugar/carbs for the 20++ grams of protein I want to consume.

That is my criteria. You will be surprised how many 'waaaaah so cheap' protein powders fail that.

Its dint say u must follow d instruction of each nutrient, its based on ur daily meal's comsumtion. If u are still are student n
study at other state i strongly recommend to take amway nutrillite as ur nutrient supplyment.

Amway products are generally overrated and expensive, go for other alternatives
