above is the terms set by the seller himself.
I was informed sim card ready, but not activated since 20/12/12.
till now it has been 2 weeks but still not activated yet.
yesterday I have contacted the seller till now no satisfied or convincing feedback of when it can be activated.
he instead, sending me a list of his pending clients without any date.
which is naive and unprofessional lol
i didnt ask who are his client.
as I suspect he is playing with delay/ tak apa attitude with me, or something goes wrong. hence I demand to deduct his profits and refund rm 10/day till it gets activated.
which I see is fair. As there is now cheaper seller out( rm 318 vs rm 250) there with more reliable respond,
but he again replied to tolerate him for another week without compensation( which i request rm 10/day), that i dont agree.
hence this complaint of the unreliable/ insincere seller of voiding his own term and no clear cut answers for solving my problem.
i suggest moderator stop his sale to avoid getting more victims till he solves his case.
