QUOTE(uzary @ Jan 27 2013, 10:37 PM) Yup, ugly truth. I hv prepared mentally that this phone goin to b released in april. Sony is actually slow in most of the countries. That might be one of the factor they're losing to Samsung, as you can see Samsung Malaysia releases their phones very fast. On the other note, look at this water resistant phone from Samsung clearer image hereIt has the dedicated camera button which usually doesn't exist in Samsung Galaxy phones. Wish Sony would start considering putting dedicated camera button on their water resistant phones too. I don't think it's a problem for Sony. After all, they have already produced water resistant camera.

would you guys want a thicker by 1mm phone to have more battery juice? E.g, Huawei Ascend D2 is 0.8mm thicker, and has 3000 mAh battery.

QUOTE(redlyfs @ Jan 29 2013, 06:15 PM) We probably would be at <insert phone name v1> then I mean let's say it's Xperia Z with timescape UI, not any other phones or OS, thicker by 1mm, with 3000 mAh. would you guys still like this phone? This post has been edited by toda_III: Jan 29 2013, 06:31 PM

QUOTE(junsheng @ Jan 30 2013, 12:49 AM) the phone itself can read micro-SDXC, but you need to set correct file system in layman term file system is the type of management like how you keep track of your things example in a book/computer/memorize in brain so you need to set it to correct system file management if you want to use tat sd-card as simple as tat how do we set it?

QUOTE(mcchin @ Feb 10 2013, 01:02 PM) Have IrDA at the expense of losing LTE support? not a good trade of I think It's a good trade for me considering the speaker location. I really sometimes play games with my right hand in portrait mode. But I don't like the docomo logo in front, it looks ugly for me.

The Japanese version of Xperia Z, what's at the back, the left to the camera? I thought it's a speaker but then seems like they have speaker on the same place as international version of Xperia Z.

QUOTE(ck.chunkeat @ Feb 11 2013, 05:09 PM) its only the japanese version, dont worry.. I'm actually rather disappointed, not worried at the fact that only Japanese version got infrared. I'm just saying my opinion that they compromised the practical location for their omnibalance design.

QUOTE(ainuddin @ Feb 11 2013, 07:20 PM) they've seen the market; people are willing to shell out above 2k for those samsungs and HTCs. their product is better so why not just push up the price; people would still buy it. Where can T_T shoot from S$620 (RM1550) to S$988 (RM2470). RM900 different woi. This post has been edited by toda_III: Feb 11 2013, 07:53 PM
