As expected from sony.
Coming from xperia arc,this might be my upgrade.
but i have to wait till xperia ultimate hd+ custom rom for arc comes out before i decide.
If it makes my arc even more smooth then ill stay with my old arc for a little longer.

my arc is still useable,on top of that,the new ultimate hd 2.0.3 makes it so much smoother compare to last time,less lag now..cant wait for ultimate hd+..
3 months more and the arc will be with me for 2 years already..
but if i were to choose, xperia Z will def be my choice..the mirror and design is just so stunning and elegant.

but,fingerprint will spoil the beauty...

You know what i really wana see? A drop test to see whether the glass shatters easily or not..

i know about the protective shatter proof sheet as i have a arc myself..what i meant was the cracks like iphones/nx4

Last time when i bought my arc in 2011 april in a hurry cause my old SE w705 has broken down...
Ended up now the chrome paint at the side fell off, housing cracks,not to mention the lag..
Bought it at the price of 1950 last time...FUUU...

Nvm,at least now my arc is better than when i first update it to ics...the ultimate hd rom is making it smoother and faster.

Still love the curve at the back..I've dropped it many times,theres a few times i dropped it on hard surface from around waist level...still survived with no problem...Only down side is the chrome paint peeling down and the tiny cracks on the cover,i had like 3-5 of them...

Even so,i think sony has get rid of using the chrome paint in its devices..you can see the chrome design in se since before smart phone era...lucky the Z is made of glass..

Only thing to worry is the strength of glass,whether it will survive falls or not and the price...Anything above 2100 is too much for me..
Oh,is the Z's frame made of rubber? or is it other material?

I'd choose Xperia Z for it is elegant..
Anyway,i won't buy it straight away when it launched...will wait for a few months for the price to drop and to wait for reviews before deciding to buy or not as i dont really need to change my phone cause my arc is still running strong.
not bothered by the viewing angle as i prefer to have more privacy.
Can't wait till this is launched.

But still,the freebies sometimes are useless....
i never used the bluetooth mw600 that comes with my xperia arc... tho thats one of the reason i bought my arc as the mw600 thingy alone cost around rm100+ if im not mistaken...

i think i'll sit back and wait till htc m7 and galaxy s4 to be announced 1st before deciding to get xperia z. Plus,in the mean time can wait for the price to drop.

ZL should be cheaper.
the ZL have a smaller size eventhough the screen size is the same..
the weight is different and if im not mistaken,ZL is thicker..
ZL doesnt have dust and water proof..
the back of the ZL is not glass..

doubt it will be cheaper than ip5...
its either the same or more expensive,since its rrp in sg is more expensive than ip5 rrp in sg..

I think the reason they still stick to tft screen could be because of the screen is very close to the glass,which makes the screen feels like floating...And they could not do it with ips screen...just a wild guess..
