pls don't be idiot said first IP 55 is for dust and second ip 57 for water, cause IP only use two number, first number stand for solid and second number stand for liquid, third is letter but rarely see this type gadget around ....

what u means two stages ? is that different with acro S ? i think that must be some technical reason they found from acro S . . . . today technology, two stage (focus and shot) with water proof is just click of their finger

Yes sony make sensor (they make for nikon too), but camera is not purely base on sensor it self, especially mobile phone camera

if june, than confirm this phone cannot sell again .... even march (is 9 month behind S3) also consider delay already ...

why i said that ? basically sony is nearly 10 month behind other flag( if they launch the phone in April), obviously they can be market leader but for very short term, then new model release again and old model no more support ..... look at acro S, is just few month old, their jb promise on april and sony malaysia already declare obsolete ...

This is smart phone, it does need certain support from manufacturer make it better, the way you hamtam others is just make u no different, blind support without knowing it .....

Is not easy ? yes agree is not easy for a small company like miui, aokp, cm and others but they make it before giant company like samsung and sony .... basically those custom rom company size is not even equal 10% of samsung or Sony software development team but they able to do it cause of their passion and aim ....

Sony, samsung and other giant company main priority is their in house widget/addon/so on, then OS ....
custom is OS then add on. that two different way of building, like your brother company, they mod app to suit OS, not mod OS to suit app ....

i dunno why and how they rate it at ip55/ip57 ? that only two IP rating (code), is the first and second digit only, that is no IP 55 for dust and ip 57 for liquid .... is really miss leading ..

so what those that means of ip55/ip 57.
if ip 55 means

5= Water jets Water projected by a nozzle (6.3 mm) against enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.

btw u don't see any gadget with 2 ip rating or four digit rating ....

yah so the phone is low pressure water jets from any direction + immersion between 15cm and 1m depth ? so when u try to claim warranty, they tell you ur phone is IP 55 (status there), so it can't be claim (base on their pressure test, It pass IP 55), how ?

that possible they they show IP5X/IPx7 but not showing ip55/ip57, cause during warranty claim, they will do pressure test, if base on IP 55 pressure test, we all screw ...

if u have dslr 50 mm, just turn that lens oppsoite than u get that macro effect .....
