i think it will be available throughout Malaysia..as even my local shop(not sony center) even confirmed 6th march..

so is the price gonna be the same between sony centre and outside shops?

I like Xperia Z..looks cool and the specs is great.
But i don't like this thread. Too much hate posts. I don't know why ppl love to say bad things about other brand or product. For me..posting about this phone strong points is much better than post about other product weakness. Here, ppl posted bout hate Samsung..bad HTC..stupid iPhone
It just make me afraid to join this type of Sony community. Try take a peek at other phone official thread. In S2..S3 or Note2 official thread, condemning other phones/product is very rare. They prefer discuss about their own product..and very seldom talk bad things about other product. I use mostly Samsung product but would like to try other product as well. After lurking and reading on this thread, i bought HTC One X+ before upgrade it to Butterfly. Maybe when Xperia Z release here, i might buy one but i don't think i can join this community as i find their mentality quite different to others.

From what i see iphone thread and sony is much better . They helped alot last time when i used xplay,arc s while samsung. Most of them just ignored all our noob question . Most of the reply (pls use search button) wtf they think the search button can search for specific fcking post?? It can only search thread not post and samsung thread is so alive its freaking fast like 20pages per day. They expect us to search?? And all those samsung user only care about custom roms -.- and mod stuff and they also did said bad things bout other phone especially iphone.

Just my 2 cents. You hate programming and maths (your own words), therefore I suppose you find it hard to form a structured search term, so you can't be arsed to perform a proper search and grep or whatever and review and refine your search. So when others tell you to find your own solution and you know you can't find it, you blame others?

If you were paying attention in NON-programming class, you should still understand in general how IT stuff works, and make an educated guess. Well, samsung users talk about custom roms because we have so many. It's like house renovation. We can renovate once a week or whenever new roms come out.

A little reading of some of Freud's key concepts can be somewhat enlightening.

I'm just wondering why would you say I'm hurt? I am no samsungfag. It's just that currently only Samsung has the features I want most. I do have a thing for active digitizers.

In fact I have every respect for the hardware of the Xperia Z and its semi-openness (expandable cardslot +1, non-removable battery 0) and if Sony (mobile division) can escape the paranoia of the Entertainment division, it will be a good thing.

I never liked Sony coz they always wanted to be like crapple. If they are changing for the better (dev friendly, sensible design), that's a good thing. However, I do think this TS,um, generates a lot of comments whenever he tries to make some "factual" statements.

Actually getting the Phone itself is not problem if later launch.

The most un-friendly is the accessories.

Like last time, just to get the Live Dock, you have to wait. Smart View Watches, Casing, Screen protector etc. Even the livesound headset also need pre-order.

It not as easy as iphone. The Iphone5 not yet in malaysia, the accessories ,TB charging cable. Extended Battery Case, Wireless Charge Case all available...

Well, from what I see in this thread, we were discussing about this phone's features for most of the pages (for 110++ pages), until the past recent pages when the phonearena website was brought out. In my opinion, phonearena is heavily against sony, therefore few people jump out to defend this phone, including me. not so much of talking how bad other phone is.

I'll say always read all the reviews with a pinch of salt la. If we are really into certain product, read as many reviews as possible. Each reviewer have their own opinion and preference too. They may not be bias, but sometimes, more to their personal preference as well. Some will prefer round phone. Some big screen. Some viewing angle... Like for me, viewing angle not a big concern for me. So for all those reviews that say its a big issue, I'll just ignore that particular comment la.

So it is up to us to judge if the pointed out cons really matter to us. It is good that the reviewer jusy point out every cons he can think of and we have to judge it ourselvr. Choose what phone suit us and our lifestyle the most and you'll be very happy with your gadget!
