I've been to one of their projects at Danga Bay and stayed at one of the airbnb units. The only complaint I had with the unit is the lousy hinges used on the windows, which are prone to bending.

Overall, it looks like its seen better days, tho. The paint on the outside looks worn out and some of the fire doors close with a loud 'clang'. Same goes for the interior as well.

Don't even see it reported in the news, and also no noise after the announcement of the lawsuit unless the case is settled out of court between them or the court tossed it out.

Since this uncle and Tropicana's firm response gave this project some free publicity, let's wait and see what happens.
