Located at such a strategic spot now, just right next to the new integrated underground MRT station and connected to Sunway Velocity, I believe Jusco would intend to renew.. no?ss need time to pick up

Also with the new LRT extension line postponed till 2016, those locations with already existing functioning LRT station lines would continue to dominate; at least until 2016.
I may be wrong.. just sharing my thoughts.
