i not yet mention the freebies from petalz just only the price already want to take it. However they are giving some more below items, 2 car park, free hold, furnish (aircond, washing machine, dryer).

If you got aware of old kland road, the central Market will be convert to a hospital (private). OUG plaza next 1 year will end the contract and the whole land will be develop to a mixed development. Paradigm Mall will be build in OUG. Pavillion to in Bukit Jalil, Of course bukit jalil is my idea place. However i cannot see the price be lower to RM 750 in bukit jalil for new property. It is because Exsim make the new record of RM 800 for Twin Arkz. The new launch for Berjaya mixed development definitely higher price.

so decide your self. I willing to share 50 50 for introduce fees.
