Hi ramnkc,

At the IPv6 section, select the "Connection type" as "Native" and choose the Interface as "PPP".

It should be able to work if your area are IPv6 supported.

Try restarting the router if the IPv6 WAN IP didn't show up.

Thank you

What kind of devices are you using?

I am using my samsung galaxy S9 plus for testing now and i am standing next to my router to test... else it will be even worst sad.gif

I installed the beta firmware as suggested on the first day TM upgraded my package to 800mb but i did not factory reset my router and will probably do a factory reset and see it goes.

TM came 20 min ago, and bring along new router DIR-842 and their notebook, test with their DIR-842 and can reach 300Mbps (few tests done : 298 to 322Mbps in range). Thus, they suspect is my RT-AC55UHP problem.
with AC55UHP , max is 200Mbps (range 120 to 200Mbps), latest firmware.

WIFI? Or LAN cable? Did you install the latest beta firmware?

I'm able to reach 800mb via lan with the latest beta firmware but on wifi 2.4 and 5hgz - 50 and 110 mbps respectively... so i'm suspecting its the firmware issues which limit the bandwidth.

Hi ramnkc,

The speed are still same after doing factory reset? Do you have any other device to do the testing?

Thank you

I restored factory settings, 2.4 and 5ghz is getting 60 and 350mb respectively.... Not sure about 2.4 but 5ghz seems back to normal.
