Hi ASUS my RT-N12HP_B1 wireless/wifi not working for some reason. Already factory reset it (didn't work), updated the firmware (didn't work). Please advise.

Hi, my rt-n14uhp has a problem, all of its lan ports are not working after i reset the router. can only use the wireless

Hi Asus Tech,

I bought RT-N14UHP on 2015/02/10, My router cannot have a stable with the ISP/Internet. It seems to disconnect every 30 mins & 1 hour. This problem has been going on for a week.

How do i make a RMA ?

I've already updated the firmware & the problem still persist. Can i just mail my router to Advancenet or i need to go there in person ?
