hi all sifus,

recently my maxis fiber will disconnect once or twice per day (normally will reconnect back after 15 min) even complain to Maxis few times but they unable to identify the problem, when disconnected I check the router system log, I get the following log:

so likely is either Maxis or TM problem already lor.... these 2 parties still no clue what is going on..

hi all, My fiber will get disconnected a while then reconnect back intermittently, normally happen once or twice per day. I check router log it show modem hangup, is it modem problem? I call Maxis few times and they keep told me nothing wrong at their side..
