Hi,

I'm using Asus RT-AC55uhp router and unifi 300Mbps. Question is direct connect PC via LAN cable speed test i can get almost 300Mbps speed but when i using Iphone 7 plus via WIFI 5Ghz i can get 200Mbps only. Distance from my Iphone test point to router is a 2-3 meter. Can someone advice what setting i need to change to enable my Iphone 7 plus can get 300Mbps via WIFI 5Ghz.

Thank you.

Hi no, it is connected via DHCP. Do I need to assign a FixedIP?
*
Hi Icehart,

You can try.

You can also use LPR/LPD to add the printer.

Hi Barricade,

Unfortunately no, normal router firewall unable to block HTTPS websites, only HTTP.

Thank you

Hi herojack41,

We didn't sell the antenna separately. You can try google it, there are few online store that are selling it.

Thank you

Obviously RT-AC86U. You don’t even need to compare with your current RT-14UHP. Your RT-N14HP only supports up to N.

Guys,

My Macbook WiFi Link speed only shows 11Mbps when connected to Wireless 5GHz on RT AC88U. Any idea? When connected to my other router it shows 867Mbps

I plan to factory reset the AC88U soon, but want to ask here if others experienced similar issue before...

White list means a reverse of Black list, you are only allowing IP address 192.168.1.243 to be able for accessing the Internet, while block all other devices. thumbsup.gif

So in your case, it should be Black list added, not White list added.

Also remember to block the UDP as well, or he can try bypass via UDP.(like QUIC, DNS, VPN with UDP)
----
And I think you should use Parent Control, not Network Service Filter, because you need to block that device with MAC Address that unchanged, a IP address is easy to change on any devices.

Just saying, the MAC Address can be spoof if it is a PC, but normally people don't know how to do it for the WiFi adapter as it have rule since Windows 7. laugh.gif

TL;DR: Anyways, Parent Control should be enough for your case, unless there is no such function for your model. smile.gif

There is a much easier way to do this.

Download Asus Router app, view devices and click block internet access. biggrin.gif

Err.. He mentioned "app" means mobile devices and not PC.. This also difficult? rclxub.gif And before you ask, NO! it's not an app to be installed on the router via the pc.. Pick up your phone and browse the app/play store.

If you happen to have the provided Archer C5V, that router is crap.

I recommend getting at least the RT-AC66U for double storey house.
