QUOTE(sheemmet @ Jan 20 2018, 05:30 PM) it happens every 2 or 3 days before this , it's not that frequent until 380.7743 update then 382.18991. i notice kernal panic every 6 - 8 hours. Max online time on router is less than 24h. i don't mind restart of router but it's too frequent btw , it's more than a day now on 382.18991 . haven't try the file gave by AsusMY yet. it's still same devices connecting to same router so i wondering what makes it resources hungry or some other reason? [attachmentid=9531308] your router more issues than mine, have you ever though about bring it to RMA?

Hi everyone,
Finally i gave up on my old router and bought a AC88U.
The wireless is all setup. However I am find that the LAN Ports are not working.
I managed to setup the system with the lan port directly connected to my computer at first. Then i moved it to where all my house wired lan are located. None of the ports seems to be working including the one lan cable connecting to the synology NAS Drive.
Anyone has experience regarding this?

LAN ports are all tagged correctly with the right VLAN ID? 500 for Unifi, 621 for Maxis Fibre.

Follow my guide: 1) Log into your router. 2) Click the Home icon labelled LAN under Advanced Settings. 3) Then, click the IPTV tab. Under ‘Select ISP Profile’, select ‘Manual Setting’. Enter ‘500’ in all the VID boxes. Click ‘Apply’ and reboot your router. Hopefully that will work.

I plug in the ports with existing lan cables which were working fine on another router, non of them were detected by the router. The Lan Cable lights remain off. I checked on the PC connection on the other end and it was showing no connection.

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Jan 20 2018, 08:00 PM) Looks like it could be a modem issue. Have you try replacing your modem? Anyway to check the log in the VDSL modem provided by TM?

QUOTE(dkoh703 @ Jan 15 2018, 04:48 PM) I also suepect TM's backend network related because last time the WAN IP is from JB but now the WAN IP is from Negeri Seremban. Also I can see the Gateway IP is like 10.233.97.xx which is not like that last time. Definitely there was some change in the network. But when I logged the report to TM, their Technician told me no other users have the same problem like me, only me having this problem. He reset the port also the same. He said it is my Router problem. So now I also don't know how to troubleshoot this. i also having same issue like you now....unifi suddenly not working. ..account info stated invalid account but after i click apply button without changing anything..the connection on back..happen first time. did you manage to find out the solution ??

Hi gcoolw, No, I haven't found the solution yet but as SilentVampire said, it could be the modem problem. Are you located in JB or other area? I wonder if this issue is happening at certain area where TM could be upgrading their backend network?

Hi all, I bought an ASUS LYRA home wifi mesh system last week, but encounter some issues with the secondary lyra nodes. I set up everything step by step following the instructions using Lyra iOS app, and everything was fine until I realize that once I turn off the power switch and turn on again (I always turn off my internet during bedtime), all the secondary lyra nodes will lost connection to the primary one, and they won't auto connect to the primary node. No matter how much times I reset the single node or the whole lyra network, the problem still exists. Please advice, thank you!
*Do explain in layman term as I am not that computer literate. XD

XD Can you show your entire networking map from TM modem to Lyra? Make sure it runs the latest firmware as well.

TP-Link Modem (TD W8961ND) @ 2nd floor > Asus Lyra primary node @ 2nd floor> Asus Lyra secondary nodes (2 devices, 1 @ second floor, 1 @ 1st floor) Yes the firmware has been updated to the latest version 3.0.0.4.382
