iirc i bought this router on monday which lazada offer discount by using mastercard

i bought the one with price RM560 before discount and get for RM492 after discount of 12%

If you only visa card only,you could wait for day lazada offer for all visa cardholder

And yes,i also bought my router by using mastercard cimb debit card.

hey web sifus, I just bought an Asus RT-N12HP yesterday but whatever I do just seems to not be able to get me internet connection.

You can see from below:
- It says I am connected to the internet
- Upgraded to the latest firmware
- Green icon (top right) indicates connection

BUT at the bottom right, still shows that connection is limited. This is driving me crazy! I'm really out out of ideas here. Somebody please help!!

I had the same problem before with RT-AC55UHP, trying all firmware updated, reboot, "MAC-clone", etc.
At last I asked unifi guy to come to check, and I believed he got my acc and password reset, finally got it fixed.
But my hypp tv still cannot connect.

i encountered this once.

try rebooting - just click on it.

when done, power router off, restart.

Last resort, use the reset button. Power off, Press and hold button, power on, for 15 secs, then let go.

Redo everything.

DSL-N12HP - Router ONLY, High Power Antenna

DSL-N12U - ADSL Modem, normal antenna, USB Port for printer

DSL-N12E - ADSL Modem, normal antenna, Ethernet port only.

Hi Admin/Sifus,

I have a RT-AC55UHP and my 5GHz signal is very low even if i place the user equipment(wireless) near to the router.
Any idea how to fix this issue?

Hi, it is not a issue. 2.4GHz signal stronger than 5GHz.

5GHz is lower than 2.4GHz.

5GHz is much shorter range as compared to 2.4, but 2.4 more prone to interference from other equipments.

Hi OKLY,

May I ask, is there any other feature that you have enabled on the router? Like QoS or VPN.

And do you notice what is the CPU usage if you not downloading anything?
