AC87U is more power router... is it the wifi range is better? the description in their website just show minimum info on the wifi performance im not sure the performance if using repeater pair with stock unifi wifi router...maybe can give it a try TQ

QUOTE(ati_radeon @ Sep 9 2015, 03:15 PM) Hi, How about my question regarding streamyx configuration? Hi ati_radeon, If you follow the Quick Internet Setup, it will automatically detect your connection type as PPPoE and you will need to just key in your User name and Password for your Streamyx account and follow the remaining step to finish the setup. Thank you

QUOTE(YOYLOD @ Sep 9 2015, 02:59 PM) read one comment to not but antenneless router. I said that. Routers with external & upgradeable antennas is always better than antennaless routers.

Hi,
I have purchased Asus RT-N14UHP Router and installed for my Unifi. Everything works well but whenever I'm updating playstore applications via smartphone using the wifi, it takes a whole lot time to download the update. Update time takes about 10 mins for 10MB update size. Kindly advice.

If I buy a Asus RT-N12 and set it to be AP, does the LAN 1-4 still functional, so that I can have wireless and wired connection.

Do you enable QoS on the router? https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/s/9...EA37860FB5DD07YThank you

Hi Balistix, May I know the distance between your device and your router when doing the test, and how signal bar that you get? You can try changing the WiFi channel on the router at Wireless->General->Control Channel. Below is a beta firmware for the RT-N14UHP, you can have a try also. https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/s/9...EA37860FB5DD07YPlease do a factory reset after the firmware update. Thank you
