I have setup the MAC Filter already. But I cant find any log function to see which clients actually connect / fail to connect.
Cleaning up the MAC filter = remove no longer used devices, i guess this would only be possible through the log or a future function (Client last seen on Date/Time). Maybe a suggestion for future firmware?

In the Network Map-> Clients, you will be able to see the device that is connected to the router.
As for the device that is fail to connect due to the MAC filter, you won't be able to see it in the log.
And you should be able to delete the unused MAC address at the MAC Filter by pressing the delete button at the back.
But in future firmware you will have new feature where you can view the connected device in list, access time and export the list for future reference.
Please refer to below image.
Thank you
