Hi tan1975,

May I know were you able to log in to the router using LAN cable to LAN port 3 or 4 without setting the ISP or after you do a factory reset?

Thank you

Hi Asus,

Currently I owned a domain and already point to ddns.he.net. When I set-up using tunnelbroker.net, I get the following error in my log ;

notify_rc : restart_ddns
ddns: clear ddns cache file for server setting change
ddns update: connected to ipv4.tunnelbroker.net (64.62.200.2) on port 80.
ddns update: bad request: Invalid API key or password

As per my understanding, the DDNS provide by tunnelbroker should point to dyn.dns.he.net

Hi kevinc66,

Have you try restart the router and try log in again? Or has you chances the IP on the router?

You can use the ASUS provided utility "Device Discovery" to detect the IP and log in the router to do the configuration.

If you still cannot log in do try a factory reset on the unit.

After that try do a firmware update if you not update it. Here is the link. The newest version is 3.0.0.4.354.

And here is the a short video on how to setup the Unifi.

Hi kevinc66, you are currently try setup the Unifi or updating the firmware? If you want to try log in to the router then you can either use LAN cable or Wifi also can.

Thank you
