WG client or server?

I'm not sure if the issue is with the Wireguard server or client.
I've tried setting it up the same way as before and even followed a YouTube tutorial, but it's still not working.
My phone still can't connect to the home router.
I just noticed that DDNS isn't working either.
Not sure if it's just me or if others are having the same issue.

Do you have a public IP addres?

Post the first 2 segment of your WAN IP detected in ASUSWRT interface here.

I reset the router, and now everything's back to normal.

For unifi 300mbps, which ASUS Router has the best wifi coverage?

Current ASUS router with the best WiFi coverage is RT-BE88U

But for 300Mbps, TUF-AX4200 is sufficient

guys ..

b4 used asus ac86u for unifi 500m, contract end switch to maxis 300m , currently using maxis stock wifi6 router

any recommend asus router to replace maxis stock router ?
which mid~low range model/ price asus to get ?

I'm on Unifi 500Mbps plan. Lately, I've noticed the internet speed dropping. When I ran a speed test, get less than 200Mbps. I swapped out my current router (Asus TUF AX5400) with the one Unifi supplied (D-Link), and I got 500Mbps again. Does this mean my router is faulty?

Before confirming router is faulty

Do a firmware update and factory reset first

ASUSWRT got too much settings, sometime if you do a wrong settings then it might cause the speed to be bugged

For 300Mbps, RT-AX57 or if budget is more RT-AX59U

Hi ASUSmy blacktubi, I have some questions regarding Guest Network Pro / SDN which need your advice.

Hardware: RT-BE88U (main router), 2x RT-AX86U Pro (wired nodes) as example.

Network:
Home (VLAN 10) - 2.4 & 5 GHz
Guest (VLAN 20) - 2.4 & 5 GHz
IoT (VLAN 30) - 2.4 & 5 GHz

1. Do the VLANs work on the WiFi broadcasted by RT-AX86U Pro nodes?
2. What if I replace these nodes with the non-VLAN-aware models such as the TUF series, will VLAN still work?
3. For network printer connected to IoT network, am I able to access it from Home and Guest networks but not the other way?

1. Yes, as long as the nodes also have the same feature as the main router.
2. No, TUF AX do not support this feature.
3. Unable to access from the Home and Guest since different VLAN.

My AX88U suddenly the 5ghz wifi disappear!
The 5ghz light on router also off …
I am sure its enable !
The current control channel is 0, MAC address also blank
I did hard reset and switch to Merlin but still no luck ;(

Or its the hardware issue ?
