Means I have to log into router configuration page to use feedback function?

Hi ideaplus,

You can use the feedback using the ASUS Router APP also, but I would prefer user to use the router GUI to send the feedback.

It is located at Administration->Feedback.

Thank you

Hmmm, I am the user of AX56U and so far I faced internet light becomes red once a while. Updated latest firmware and use new ugreen ca6-6 cable also the same.
*
I faced same problem like yours. I factory reset my AX56U and set it up from scratch. No problem since.

Feedback sent this morning. I had pm-ed my email address to you @asusmy Kindly assist. Thanks.

Btw this issue happened again midnight and lasted few hours, even I off and on also won't works. I even can't log into configuration page thru wireless. So I had to plug in network cable and then only can access the configuration page. But weird as the connection was restored even i didn't do anything after i plugged in the network cable.

I did factory reset once after I open box. And another time after problems happened. But problem still exists.

You did always monitor your connection? Sometimes down and restored back was happened when you are not using. So you won't know in fact sad.gif

My BRT-AC828 works fine but the system log keep pop "Anomaly Undefined op out 2" repeatedly.
May I know what is the error about and should I be concern?

Hi ASUSmy,

Asus hasn’t released any new firmware updates on the original Lyra for months now. I’m still stuck with intermittent disconnection on individual nodes at times, and the firmware Feedback function hasn’t been working correctly. Is the original Lyra EOL dy...?

Hi Eithanius,

The Lyra is no longer selling in the market, the current Lyra model available is Lyra Trio and Lyra Voice.

May I know what is the error you are getting when you try send the feedback?

Thank you

Hi Ching Aik,

Our RD said it is okay for the log to shown. As it is regarding one of the feature of Trend Micro.

Thank you

Error message after clicking Send button.

Attached Image

No "Debug File" found... Unable to send email to ASUS support without this Debug file.

And btw, why can't I access the Feedback page from the web interface...? There's no option for Feedback on my Administration Tab page. I have to manually key in the address after extensive search on Google with the address string "/Advanced_Feedback.asp?"

Hi Eithanius,

It seen like the Lyra don't have the Feedback feature enabled, can you download the system log from the router directly and share the log to me.

Thank you

Yes. That is just your PPPoE credentials. A good real world example will be logging into your facebook acc using a new laptop/PC from old laptop/PC. So ya, you can save your PPPoE credentials to be used in your new router.

EDIT: Just makesure to keep the credentials for future use, just as a safety precaution. biggrin.gif

Hi AsusMy,

I’m using RT-AC88U, sometimes Apple products ( iPhone, iPad & MacBook) unable to connect to wifi 5G signal, but no issue with 2.4 signal. While try to connect to 5G signal, will pop up password incorrect.
Pls advice.

1) Login router to check if both 2.4/5.0GHz same password
2) Use wifi monitor app to check if nearby there's another wireless network name same as yours (maybe neightbour wifi)
3) Most apple devices cant connect to 5.0GHz with DFS channel (50~144) and ASUS router shouldn't have option to choose them too, but just to ensure they are on channel 149~165

Hope it helps.

Refer to your unifi installation document (blue paper) or you can request from unifi itself. Just say you accidentally reset your router and need the credentials to set up the router back again. Or another simple method is to gain your PPPoE username and password through the wireless router admin panel (also you can refer to this thread - credit to bro soonwai, just in case) and its pretty simple if you follow the right guide especially if you're a novice user. Sorry for the delayed response mate. biggrin.gif
