As topic~ where can i buy a good solid foldable sit up bench?

I am the type of person who cant do sit up on floor, my posture is not so good, there will be some sore-ness around neck which is very irritating. During my days at gym, i really like doing sit up using the sit up bench.

After google alot, i can't seem to find any suitable bench for myself.. so wanna ask all sifus here...

Cause i am living in hostel, so my room place is kinda limited. Hope can get those type of foldable which can be put under my bed.

But i have some requirement which seems like i cant satisfy.. i need a sit up bench which have a big angle gradient... i don't know how to mention... noobie here T.T

I know u are looking for sit up bench, but with space constrain, I would suggest u to get TRX suspension training, it is not only for your core, but much more... if u want to concentrate on your abs, check out the abs exercise with TRX

You want to work your core? There is much much better exercises than doing situps. You can do leg hang raise, abs roller, crunches, planks.

Or are you being fooled that sit ups can reduce your belly fat? NO?

Work Ur core, no equipment/bench/ball/weight needed. Just hold plank. Do varieties of planks. If U still wanna use equipment, get one of those ab wheels, less than RM50. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than doing sit ups.

I've purchased the so-called faked ones but I tell U, U can't tell the difference in terms of quality. The bag might be a bit inferior, but the TRX itself, I've been using it on & off for 3 years, still going strong...

You don't need equipment to train your core, that's the beauty of it. At most, I would recommend an ab wheel.

I made my own trx with ropes, PVC pipe as handle, pulleys, wall hook.

Less than RM50. Works like a charm.
