somrthing wrong ab ur timing.. try more looser timing.. inccrsea d 2 to 2.5 or even 3

if ur 12v rails dun fluctuates much and also d fluctuation is once in a long tme, then it is ok gua... but i recommend u to get much branded psu... jus my 2 cents
