So I've recently quit the gym I went to cause it's chitty and exorbitant. Plan to build a home gym but I can't seem to find dumbbells that goes more than 60lbs in Malaysia.
Anyone knows where I can buy big ass dumbbells? Preferably with interchangeable plates going up to 150 to 200lbs/hand.

nothing to contribute but just curious, why would you want dumbbells that goes till 200lbs? you could do much more useful exercises with an olybar with that poundage.

Imagine dropping a 200lbs db on your living room floor lol.

i don't do squat/deadlifts anymore cause my lower back's snapped up so olys won't do much for me
i'm doing 120lbs dumbbell press now, i could do with more spare weight when i buy a long bar for press, shrugs, rack pulls etc later on hehe

you wanna buy adjustable db's that goes up to 200lbs?

custom make the handle and slowly buy the 10kg plates.

if you have budget, here, my fren want to sell. Rm 10k without rack
