Behind beach club
Around 1k per sq feet
Car park not confirm
Many things not confirm
Monoland staff ask me refer names to them
Can leave with me.
Hotel room or pigeon hole size
They buy land expensive
Maybe this year 2013 early launch
Any opinions about this project?

developers always like this. say price is reasonable but when see got lots of response, price immediatelu go up 20-40%. monoland is also famous for "if u want, dont just pay deposit, u straight away sign snp now!". i have been in that situation. since i could not decide, i went back home. plus the land is too small there. what kind of building is that? got picture?

That's true. Sometimes need to take a certain amount of risk as well. Different people have different risk tolerance level.

i think 400sf is about pushing the limits on coziness and of course architect needs to be creative in getting the dimensions just right and let it be a pure rectangle shape for optimum layout.

Any update on this Vortex?
400+ sqf is just nice even for 2-3 people.
I rented my 421sqf Neo unit to a small family of 3. They have no complain.
Smaller unit hence less money to deco n reno. Easier to rent it out.
It will look very nice with 10-20k reno + deco.

As "black coffee" commented in the above piece, the advantage that Vortex (and to a certain extent, Vipod and Soho Suites) has versus the usual run-off-the-mill KLCC condominiums is that the sizes are quite "chewable"; the relative affordability and yield make the numbers work! However, these properties do get snapped up well before the official launch even in a down market.

They dont need to do any marketing and sold out the project. It is matter of choice for developers. You can price high x2 and sell slowly and spend all your advertisement and mkting cost or priced it under mkt value then sold out in no time. Win win for developer and buyers in later option. Why let 3rd party like media or 4th party like investor club make money n suffer slow sales. Those advertising "kawx2" type of developer pls rethink abt the strategy in your future launch. The challenging yrs ahead, if u still stick to your old tricks that applied in boom days last few yrs, you ll be doomed!

Monoland is selling very cheap. But my friend told me that their workmanship and finishing is very very lousy. Proven in their 2 others KLCC projects. Like medium cost condo material and finishing.

No choice cause they are selling cheap, so the owner cant say anything. If want something good quality wont get this price. Yes agree with you also cause my friend got a unit in VIPOD their workmenship is really poor. Even i am not those fussy people also can see their workmenship is poor. What can we complaint ? Even when VP that time their GYM room are empty.

Fully DISAGREE..........

Duravit / Toto / Hansgrohe / Teka / Toshiba / Schindler / Kone / Daikin .... the proven FACT is, these are the Standard BRAND materials they Used in Quadro, Vipod, Soho and promised for Vortex.

Does these sounds like "medium cost condo materials" ? Where they compromised the QUALITY against their "Selling Cheap" price ? show some "Very Very Lousy" finishing pictures in forum.....

Even a new born baby may comes with natural birth marks...... end of the day, still precious & priceless.

correct me, if I'm wrong.

Even a new born baby may comes with natural birth marks...... end of the day, still precious & priceless.

correct me, if I'm wrong.

personally a purchaser of one of their props. wouldnt say quality is very very lousy but definitely below par. at the end of the day, branded materials are just branded materials if the fitting and workmanship is poor. lots of defect works had to be done for my unit upon handing over of keys and took them ages to resolve my problems that i resorted to hiring my own contractors to get the job done as it was taking too long. however, u dont really hear buyers complain much as prices of the units would have much appreciated upon vp. flipped the said unit for 2.5x purchase price and am a happy person rolleyes.gif

Vipod, Quadro and SohoKlcc are all cum with good branded stuffs like what BB mentioned above. Workmanship below average Yes. But nowadays except those top notch developer like Tan&Tan or Gamuda, the rest are the same o same...if u r sp setia owner, u should know it too. Gym room at Vipod is fully equipped now with very wide ranged of branded equipment and big floor space. Heard it ll be run by other operator who r going to operate other commercial there like coffee house down there and restaurant at sky deck. Having said that, monoland standard is expected but their projs are always abt location x3 and pricing x3. Vipod was transacted 18xxpsf at high floor recently with avg transaction hovering ard rm1500 to rm1700psf at the moment. Many owners jus do their defects themselves rather than waiting monoland. One mth extra rental is more than enough to cover it. No point to point finger n wait sometime. This applies to all developments.

Seriously, other than its facade and good layout, nothing to shout abt on vipod but its location itself being door steps away klcc and pavillion already SOLD! When cum to property investment, we need to go back to basic on its principal n fundamental. Ownstay then different stories. Vortex ll be the same.

Vipod flippers laughing to the bank. So this one no exception. When location is good flippers will whack. No discussion ...proven countless time. Those who wait for bubble to crash at good location are visionless. They are living at their bubble and only talk bull n cock.
