Behind beach club Around 1k per sq feet Car park not confirm Many things not confirm Monoland staff ask me refer names to them Can leave with me. Hotel room or pigeon hole size They buy land expensive Maybe this year 2013 early launch Any opinions about this project?

early launch in 2013 and still so little details?? difficult to say good or no good investment if so few details..today 1000psf tomorrow 1500psf..

developers always like this. say price is reasonable but when see got lots of response, price immediatelu go up 20-40%. monoland is also famous for "if u want, dont just pay deposit, u straight away sign snp now!". i have been in that situation. since i could not decide, i went back home. plus the land is too small there. what kind of building is that? got picture?

i think 400sf is about pushing the limits on coziness and of course architect needs to be creative in getting the dimensions just right and let it be a pure rectangle shape for optimum layout.

Bring the Empire City/Empire Remix concept to town... hahahaha Yes this land was bought from Mulpha who is supposed to build their HQ here like this  (designed by world famous Kohn Pederson Fox of New York who designed the Shanghai World Financial Centre and Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in Tokyo amongst others)
