Regardless how BBCC gonna be, you need to give kudos to the sales team.

I walked towards the young SA stating that I am not going to buy as I had reviewed the project in details before. But he still spent a good amount of time trying to explain to me the whole concept and answer my questions. Never do I feel being pushed to buy anything unlike most of the projects.

if they keep this up, they going to have a even stronger followers.

Whether plaza rakyat been built or not, the mrt stations n lrt station will still be there.

How this bemefitting robertson?

I actually own a 40 yr old freehold apartment. If its a leasehold condo, the price will probably stagnate or drop because banks do not like to extend loans to leasehold condo with less than 60 yr lease. But because my condo is freehold (location ok ok), the price continues to hold and some unit sell at higher prices.
My case may not resonate well with most investors today as most would prefer to sell after 5 yrs once rpgt period is over.
As for me u rarely sell and i normally hold my properties for the long term as i am going for rental income. I hv d comfort that if i need to sell my freehold property, its price is still holding on well.

At this moment and probably next 3 yrs, market still slow, new launches may sell at higher gross price but developer will give higher rebate. So net net same price as the initial launch.

This bbcc is targetted for tourist and working expat. The mrt/lrt is v impt as it gives them an option not to drive. I very much doubt many malaysian families with young growing kids will make bbcc their home. Just like in australia, many aussie families prefer to live at suburban residential areas instead of downtown cbd.
Most buyers are just investors. Our job is to buy for other people to stay, and not for us to stay.

Very possible for lurentia units, if you step outside the balcony, you can see all sei poh of KL skyline....

plus BBCC signature tower.

Provided BBCC own building, i.e. Courtyard by Hilton and The Strand Office block don't block the view.

Macam the stride opis...SA clsimed 70% but real figure macam less than 30% nia. But it was 2 yrs ago.
