mmmm....anway where to get Ear Candling Treatment around Klang Valley? last time i saw one at Giant Kelana Jaya, but dunno if ITS still there or not??? anyone go there sees one?

izzit ah? hahaha....so guess i gonna go for the treatment....one ear i think around RM60-70 wow 2 ears then RM140....hrmmm....but if good for health and increase ur spirits, then i definitely will do it...

hmmm...now i'm even considering the old skool techniques....some oldtime ah-pek the barber can also do the earhole-cleaning....but they use the more "rough" method...it's cheaper by the way...

so dunno which one to choose lah...

Well I was told by an ENT (ear, nose & throat) specialist that ear candling is proven to cause more damage than good. He said the best way to clean our ears are using those tool that are specially created to clean our ears (dry ears) and for those with wet ears, its best to clean it with cotton buds after every bath for hygiene purpose and also minimize ear infections.

wow god sooo that means i SHOULD NOT get an ear candling method?????? what is this? i saw once in tv the benefits of ear candling....and now the experts say do more harm than good????

last time i saw on TV, doctors use warm water and slowly inject using a syringe and let the water soften the wax and flow out into the container..
they said you should not put any object smaller than your elbow into your ear.. but i still use a cotton bud.. kekeke

welll lets say u build up quite a fair amount of mucus inside ur earhole, if u use cotton bud, wouldn't it be possible to PUSH the mucus further into the earhole??? i suspect my ears like that lor....
