But still need to apply for package.

UMI no line at my area , how to apply . Other > RM 50
Not every telco have line which is cheap.
Maxis and digi still no info.

G0v allocate 300m = tax $
Help phone manufacturer to clear old stock = G0v force RM 500 and selected phone
Help telco for contact = G0v force to apply for 3G package

Now , just to lift up RM 500 but still need to sign package.Why can't just let us select prepaid or without 3G plan ? because not everyone online everyday .If wanted to online today , I can just subscribe Rm 2 from hotlink for 24 hours pass or digi RM 3 perday.

Why you guys said umi18 ? I can't find any info about it.It's prepaid , they said need postpaid.
When does it said Pakej Komunikasi Belia ? I still dont understand , no limit on phone price but what does it mean need Pakej Komunikasi Belia.??

Cheapest rm18 but RM no line here and limited phone at umobile.

Only umobile.Not from other telco.Those are provided by telco.
Cant g0v just said , you can buy any phone rebate at any hp store without applying from a telco ?

Same , Galaxy S3 = RM 1999 after rebate = RM 1799
If buy outside SME set also can get RM 1750

What's the use of RM 200 for expensive phone ?
If really get iphone better but no iphone package.
