Mine just got through. Previous times since yesterday I didn't say I got data plan. It was still failing up till 5 mins ago. Then I decided the 'get var' error might be connected to the form expecting a value in the data plan page. So I selected that I have data plan, prepaid, maxis. Submitted and voila, I got the form.

Lame is that validity is only ONE (1) MONTH form the date of application. Like mine says expiry on 3rd February 2013. LAMEEEEEEE

Even if I did fill in the broadband section, it'll give data25 error

Try to start afresh instead of amending the form and submit. This time put YA in the data plan entry with the corresponding details, and submit. That was what I did.

I have yet to received the pdf copy in my email. So I just saved as PDF the 'cetak slip'.

I felt up already , keep pop out 25 error , what a crappy gov website , their it or maint staff brain store rumput is it!
