Hi guys.. a little help, please?

I'm a little confused here. Do I need to buy a data plan now now now if I don't have a data plan yet before being eligible for this RM200 rebate? I mean isn't it quite a waste of money if I'm buying a plan now when I'm not using a smartphone...? And what if I don't want a data plan..?

And like many, I can't seem to submit my application..

so the RRP for BP2 is RM599....only if buy with the rebate, then it will be RM299 (minus RM100 manufacturer rebate exclusive for PKB only)
