first i went inside carrefour,to the handphone booth INSIDE which is where they sell the electrical appliances.asked them,they did not know anything and obviously the phone available there is just nokia black and white phone.so i reckon its not the participating reseller.

then i went to the CSL booth because i saw they displaying ninetology phone, then i asked about the rebate programme,then they say u hav to go to rebate centre bla bla bla ___________(add ur own crap)

then i thought i was mistaken,so i decided to call the number when i get outside the building.guess what? the person from the CSL booth answered.he say he still didnt have the forms and everything from the government so he cannot initiate the rebate at his establishment.he even say "my shop is the one with CSL signboard". i thought. WTH man.

then i proceed to call this number before going to mines

he asked me to bring ic and student card plus the printed voucher.
i asked the price of BP9,he say rm299.so i agreed to go.he tell me the shop beside gold shop in front of tgv cinemas (the one with htc & Umobile sign)

went there, the process happened flawlessly.no problem at all.

he offered me to take ninetology insight so i was confused because the device is not in the list.(and i have to pay more,so i didnt take it)

he say any phone also can mah...
and u get the digi simpack,after expired can throw away already.

basically if u can kautim with the shop,u can take any phone you want.

he also installed black market for me.

i recommend u using clixster's reseller directory so that u have broader range of phone selection.and call them to make sure they are already aware of this scheme and check with them about stock availability.

i recommend this shop at Mines because Mr C.C.Lee is very friendly and helpful to me.

ya la brother.digi tampal that sticker to avoid us from using other simcard (eventho the phone is dual sim,u must use at least one DiGi  )
but Mr Lee cakap no problem about the warranty la..because he knows ppl only want the phone,not the sim.just use all the quota then throw away la haha.
he installed black mart.try googling it.i dont think he root the phone.maybe some third party app to download cracked app.
i tried downloading sygic navigation.then tak boleh guna.uninstall balik

the app dia install just 10 minutes maybe.i dont think rooting will be that easy.maybe he installed from pc.

what are the best value for money phone? some said it's the Ninetology Black Pearl 2, my friend said ZTE Acqua. How about Xperia Tipo?

ppl say get branded name for future support.. but i dont think they support much for lower end.
