I am deciding between Unifi and Maxis fiber. Based on all the forums I have read (including Maxis's own forum), generally Maxis fiber has more complains that Unifi. I better go with Unifi.

I have been using Maxis Fiber 20MB for 6 months. No issues and no complains so far. I do a speed test everyday and I always get the speed I paid for. On average, I spend about 8 to 10 hours on-line everyday.

QUOTE(wanna be hi-tech @ Jan 9 2015, 08:57 PM) since you are using m fibre..... is there a setting of peak hours and non peak hours for M fibre...i mean in m broadband ...non peak is from 2 am tp 8 am, so pak time quota is only 5 GB, while non peak quota is 10 or 15Gb. No peak and non peak like mobile broadband. is there such capping in M fibre ? Further, P2P...is it barred in m fibre ? Currently no capping until further notice, like Unifi. P2P not barred. |
