super hot presscot and any dual core procs will benefit a lot frm this heatsink for sure..

will there a speciall made motherboard to fit this cooler ?

i doubt that cooler will ever go into production.
Marketing's like that, just to show off their stuff.

And you will be hidding 50% of your motherboard with this cooler?maybe extra cool for the rams?

i think most of the mobo...the cooler will be blocking the ram

it will crack the MB if it is being used in tower casing...

Maybe the GPU too.

most probably it will be used on a flat surface, put on a table or something..

Judging the size would need a casing which is big enough to cater for an adult head!

stupid design. first its big. so there will be problem with compatibility issue on mobo and casing. 2nd this big hsf is going to heat up other component such as the chipset or rams. cause the air is directed down. 3rd since the heat pipes are up on the top, y are there fins connected to the base of the cpu block? hot air from the heat pipe is blown straight down and heat up the cpu block again.(i recall thermalright improvised the xp120 with the si120 design.) 4th, its huge and ugly, aesthetic value 0. 5th its gonna be heavy and either the retention bracket is going to break or your mobo will. Lastly its gonna be pricy. trust me.. just like the tai chi casing

p.s forgot.. large quantity of air is going to push down.. so where do they go later? unlike those tower hsf like ninja, hot air is expelled via the exhaust casing fan. just my 2 cent

wonder how itll perform with 2 delta FFBs on it...

i still think xp120 and si120 have the best performance / size ratio / compatibility. sure ninja is cool, but it's big and doesnt really fit all casing. performance wise.. unless u r using super hot proc, or really want to oc super high.. then that's another issue, wc is better suited for that purpose.

I don't think this cooler suitable for use in Casing.
