guys, its been a while that i log in into my account (xm and work load), anyway, i wanted to relogin, and i forgot my password.

so i try to reset my pass word, i remember my secret question, so i did all that, and then i received a verification email from blizzard, but when i click the link, it take me back to the secret question section,

what should i do?

i tried to issue a ticket, but funny thing is you need to login, and i cant do that...

what should i do?

i didnt forget my secret question, i complete the verication, its just that when blizzard send me an email to verify, and i click the link given, it just forward me to the pasword change authentication.

listen to that fellow....call blizz

try clearing your cache, or use another browser. if fail then call them then..usually u need to call the US blizzard hotline but i think you can call the singapore blizzard too. last time my friend did that when his account was hacked. the number? sorry I don't know, you have to find it lol.

same thing juz happened to me~ it popup a statement "An error has occurred" when i clicked the link in my email
