Just use USB for the keyboard first then.
Also, important thing to note that even if WiFi doesn't disconnect, it's still comparatively weak!

QUOTE(g5sim @ Dec 31 2012, 12:59 PM) does this second gen i3 processor support connected standby? I heard only the new gen Atom (W510) doe. and oh, how fast can it load Farmerama flash game from Farmerama.com. Can UL video of Farmerama load time Thanks in advance Added on December 31, 2012, 1:01 pmand by the way - the device can support 3G USB dongle (though it will look ugly as sin). and oh, one of the shops at Lowyat is selling the device at RM2050 yes, only the w510 has connected standby, and of course it supports USB dongles, it IS running Windows.

QUOTE(Bujal.x @ Dec 31 2012, 09:13 AM) Well, not my wifi.perhaps because i use my phone as wifi hotspot? Btw how to screencap? It's Windows, so you screencap by pressing the print screen button then pasting it into paint. but of course you can't reach the print screen button unless you use the FULLER keyboard as mentioned here. http://www.marauderzstuff.com/PermaLink,gu...00f2d10294.aspx

QUOTE(farkingdom @ Jan 13 2013, 09:54 PM) Yes, but Acer will be releasing a newer version 218 that is going to fix the issue once and for all. There is a version 221 from a Russian source website that is available too, and according to people, it boosts the WiFi speed. Since mine is already fixed since the last version, I don't think I want to update to the latest 217v3 just to avoid the same problem from occurring again. I'll believe the speed improvements when I see it.

QUOTE(christcwl9 @ Jan 21 2013, 06:42 PM) How about the battery life compared to an ipad? Can it be around 10hours? This is a Core i3, not an Atom or ARM, you'll get about 4 hours

QUOTE(xsi @ Jan 22 2013, 09:43 AM) just got mine yesterday...somehow...hating it for now. Not the hardware, the software. question...why do my apps store keep hanging at the apps details. I can't go back to the apps listing if i click 1 of the apps to purchase or to look at the details. And is there any solution to the storage, other than ssd swap? currently, found a very small usb thumb drive, the size of usb dongle for mouse. But that usb limited to 32gb only. No 64gb so far. Sounds like a network issue if you can't see info on those pages properly, how were you getting online?

QUOTE(pky @ Feb 2 2013, 10:58 AM) What type of charging port is this tablet using? Is it possible to use the power bank to recharge while on the go or use an in-car charger? How about the charging adaptor? is it bulky? Only Atom Clovertrails can be recharged by a 5V power bank, and out of those the ones that I know of which can do so are - Dell Clovertrail Slate (can't remember the name) - Lenovo Lynx
